So I noticed that SIFF is going to show 5 Easy Pieces in March. I just recently saw this film as it was next on the Netflix queue. Interestingly enough, this film about a former piano prodigy fleeing his pedigree of the upper class takes partly in western Washington - unknown where, but it's mentioned and he's on a ferry. Nicholson got his second Oscar nomination for this film.
